Title of the subject: Analysis of quality processes

Semester_of_study (WT – winter/ST – summer): WT

Learning outcomes: The student will obtain an overview and learn the practical use of methods for planning and continuous quality improvement processes as well as methods for measuring systems in organizations to establish and maintain QMS.

Brief content of course: Economy Quality: costs relating to quality, Taguchi - a loss function for different types of tolerances, the overall cost of quality. Methods of quality planning: design review, QFD, FMEA, FTA, a flowchart diagram of kinship, relationship diagram, tree diagram, matrix diagram, flowchart, decision tree, matrix table. Methods of improving the quality: PDCA cycle, Quality Journal, G8D, WV model. Measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty, measurement performance competition - benchmarking, performance measurement processes, self-assessment, evaluation and selection of suppliers, service quality measurement, performance measurement QMS.
