Call for a BIP – Energy communities for Smartcities

The Department of International Relations and Mobility of TUKE announces a call for applications for students interested in Erasmus+ short-term study stay (so-called Blended short term mobility, i.e. a combination of physical and online mobility) organised by the partner institution in the ULYSSEUS Alliance – University of Seville (Spain) in the period: 23–27 February 2026, under the title  Energy communities for Smartcities.

Maximum number of participants for TUKE: 4

 

Applications can be submitted to the faculty coordinators by January 9, 2026.

Application procedure:

  1. A student who meets the selection criteria listed below fills out the Erasmus+ Short-Term Student Mobility Application Form (BIP). The application form, together with all required attachments, must be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the above deadline.
  2. After the successful selection of the registered student by his/her faculty, the student will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinatorregarding the further procedure.

Selection criteria:

  • Student enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree at TUKE (please submit a transcript of grades for AY 2024/25 with the application form) related to ISCED Codes: 0710 (Engineering and Engineering Trades), 0712 (Environmental Protection Technology), 0713 (Electricity and Energy) or 0714 (Electronics and Automation).
  • Proficiency in English language at least at B2 level (reading, listening, speaking, please submit a certificate/certificate of language proficiency with the application form).
  • Applications will be assessed by the expert committee coordinating the preparation of this event.

Funding:

Nominated students will receive financial support from the Erasmus+ programme in the amount of EUR 79/day and 395 EUR of travel support. The maximum duration of the BIP is set at 5 days of activity.
