Application procedure

  1. Choosing the institution at which the student wishes to undertake the student mobility
    – the student selects a partner school from the list of valid partner agreements (for EU and EEA | for WORLD) of the respective faculty and takes into account the areas listed for each school. You can consult the Faculty ERASMUS+ Coordinator when selecting a partner institution. The faculty coordinator should also be consulted about the available capacities at each partner school.
  2. Completion of the student application form for Erasmus+ student mobility for the purpose of study – the application form together with all attachments must be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the deadline.
  3. After the successful selection of the registered student by his/her faculty, the student will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator regarding an online meeting for selected students, where he/she will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Who can apply for a traineeship?

All students studying at TUKE who will have completed at least the first year of their Bachelor’s degree at the time of mobility are eligible to apply for an Erasmus+ internship.

Application procedure

  1. Choosing the institution where the student wants to do the traineeship – the focus of the partner institution must be related to the student’s field of study.The student can choose the institution of his/her choice or use the offers on the following platform:

    Traineeship offers can also be found on the following websites: trainingexperience.org, erasplus.com, nefelieducation.eu, esn-europa.de.
    A list of companies that have cooperated with TUKE students in the past within the Erasmus+ programme or are interested in establishing such cooperation is available here.
  2. Completion of the student application form for Erasmus+ student mobility for the purpose of internship – the application form together with all attachments should be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the deadline.
  3. Once the student has been successfully selected by his/her faculty, the student will be contacted by the Erasmus+ coordinator regarding the meeting for selected students, where he/she will receive instructions on the further procedure.
