Information for students travelling to study

For EU and EEA countries and the world

  • Contact the Erasmus+ Coordinator as soon as you arrive at the university abroad to have your CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL validated by the Erasmus+ Coordinator.
  • Email the confirmed CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL to us at international.office@tuke.sk
  • In the event that, upon arrival at the receiving foreign university, the selected courses are not taught as stipulated in the Learning Agreement, request a list of the courses actually offered and contact the ERASMUS+ Coordinator’s representative to agree on changes, which will be completed in the During Mobility section of the Learning Agreement form.
  • Once the relevant changes have been confirmed, the student will secure approval and confirmation of the document from the receiving institution and send the document to the ERASMUS+ Coordinator at TUKE.
