After mobility

Information for students travelling to study

For EU and EEA countries and the world

Upon return from the study stay, the student must submit the following documents:

  • ERASMUS+ Mobility Duration Certificate – Study
    The start and end date of the study should be the same as the duration of the ERASMUS+ mobility in the ERASMUS+ Grant Contract (in case of a shorter duration confirmation, the student is obliged to reimburse an aliquot part of the granted grant). The original form must be handed in.
  • Transcript of Records (Transcript of Records) of the results of studies completed at the foreign institution with ECTS credits, including a description of the grading system of the given HEI – to be handed in at the study department and then arrange for the recognition of the courses according to the instructions of the study department.
  • After mobility part of the Learning agreementu, where the successfully completed courses at the partner school and the actual recognized courses at TUKE will be listed. The faculty coordinator/dean for education of the respective faculty will confirm the correctness of the data with his/her signature.
  • ERASMUS mobility report. The ERASMUS+ mobility report is completed by the student via the European Union’s online tool. Information on how to access the report and a direct link to complete the report will be sent to the student’s e-mail address.
  • Online language assessment – the student completes the final language assessment in the European Union online tool.

Sanctions for insufficient credits

Students who, after returning from mobility, fail to meet the requirement of obtaining a minimum of 15 Erasmus+ credits in the academic year 2022/2023 on the basis of the statement of results from the partner institution, may be subject to the following sanctions, in consultation with the faculty coordinator:

Information for students travelling on traineeships

For EU and EEA countries only

Upon return from the traineeship, the student must submit the following documents:

  • ERASMUS+ Mobility Duration Certificate  – Internship
    The start and end date of the internship should be the same as the ERASMUS+ mobility duration in the ERASMUS+ Grant Agreement (in case of a shorter duration confirmation, the student is obliged to reimburse an aliquot part of the granted grant). The original form must be handed in.
  • After mobility part of the Learning agreement, which will contain the mentor’s evaluation together with his/her signature and the stamp of the partner institution. If you indicate the exact start and end dates of the mobility in this document, there is no need to hand in the duration certificate. The original form must be handed in.
  • ERASMUS mobility report. The ERASMUS+ mobility report is completed by the student via the European Union’s online tool. Information on how to access the report and a direct link to complete the report will be sent to the student’s email address.
  • Online language assessment – the student completes the final language assessment in the European Union online tool.
