The Department of International Relations and Mobility of TUKE announces a call for applications for academic staff interested in Erasmus+ short-term stay (so-called Blended short term mobility, i.e. a combination of physical and online mobility) organised by the partner institution in the ULYSSEUS Alliance – University of Genoa (Italy) in the period: 18–22 May 2026, under the title Ulysseus Summer School on Innovative Pedagogy.
Maximum number of participants for TUKE: 5
Applications can be submitted to the faculty coordinators until March 9, 2026.

Application procedure:
- The application form together with all attachments must be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the above deadline.
Selection criteria:
- Proficiency in English language at least at B2 level.
- Applications will be assessed by the expert committee coordinating the preparation of this event.
NOTICE:
- The application must meet the criteria stated in the attached description of the BIP
- The application form must be signed by the staff member and his/her supervisor, who agrees to send the staff member on mobility.
- The Staff Mobility Agreement document must be signed by the participant and his/her line manager at the time of application, the signature of the partner university coordinator will be arranged by the IRO.
- The application must be accompanied by complete attachments!
After the successful selection of an enrolled staff member by the university management, the staff member will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator for further action.
