Dear TUKE staff,

The Department of International Relations and Mobility of TUKE announces the Erasmus+ call for applications for academic and non-academic staff of TUKE for Erasmus+ mobility in the academic year 2025/2026.

Interested candidates have the opportunity to submit a completed application form (signed by a senior member of staff) with the required attachments by 13.07.2025 to the Faculty Programme Coordinator.

The application form for the purpose of teaching must be accompanied by a teaching programme (staff mobility agreement – teaching) signed by the applicant, the receiving as well as the sending institution.

A staff mobility agreement (training) signed by the applicant, the receiving and the sending institution must be attached to the application for training.

The signature of the applicant’s senior staff member (not the faculty coordinator) is required for the sending institution.

Supported activities:

  • Teacher mobility for the purpose of teaching at a partner HEI /minimum 8 teaching hours; 2-5 days/,
  • Mobility of HEI staff to enterprises for training purposes – exchange of theoretical and practical experience /2-5 days/,
  • Mobility of administrative, non-teaching and teaching staff of HEIs to a foreign HEI for the purpose of training – improvement of their working qualities /2-5 days/.

Erasmus+ funding will allow mobility for a maximum of 5 working days, Monday to Friday.

All mobility must be completed no later than 03.07.2026.

Important information related to the choice of the host institution:

An inter-institutional agreement between universities is not required for mobility for training purposes.

  • Thanks to TUKE’s membership in the ULYSSEUS Alliance of European Universities, TUKE employees also have the opportunity to participate in staff mobility opportunities offered by our Alliance, which are regularly updated on our mobility page: https://erasmus.tuke.sk/ulysseus-mobility-calls/. The ULYSSEUS virtual mobility opportunities are continuously updated, more information can be found here.
  • In order to fully exploit the potential of the existing Erasmus+ bilateral agreements and to diversify staff mobility, we will take into account the choice of destination and receiving institution when evaluating applications. If you are interested in mobility to the Czech Republic and Poland, please use the CEEPUS mobility programme as a priority.

Important information related to the application approval process:

  • The selection of mobility participants will be made on a first-come, first-served basis after evaluation of the applicant’s application according to the applicable criteria (selection criteria and further information on staff mobility can be found HERE).
  • The final approval of applications will also take into account the previous involvement of employees/applicants for mobility in activities aimed at the development of the internationalisation of the TUKE environment, which are carried out under the responsibility of the Rectorate’s Department of International Relations and Mobility (Ulysseus project, development projects to strengthen internationalisation, etc.).
  • Incomplete applications will be excluded from the approval process.
