The Department of International Relations and Mobility at TUKE announces a call for applications for academic and non-academic staff of TUKE interested in participating in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) during the 2025/2026 academic year. This program is organized by the partner institution, the University of Münster (Münster, Germany), and will take place from November 24 to November 28, 2025, under the title BIP: Critical Whiteness: Reflecting on Power and Talking Action in the University Context.

This call is open exclusively for staff mobility for training purposes in accordance with the Erasmus+ program rules. More information is available at:

Mandatory Attachments to the Application:
- Staff Mobility Agreement
- Documents for travel order processing (including attachments in accordance with TUKE’s internal directive on business trips)
- Proof of travel insurance covering the entire mobility period (including travel to and from the destination)
Application Process:
- The application, along with all required attachments, must be submitted to the faculty coordinator within the deadline.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The application must be signed by the staff member and their supervisor, who confirms their approval of the mobility by signing the document.
- The Staff Mobility Agreement must be signed by the participant and the Erasmus+ coordinator at TUKE at the time of application submission. The signature of the partner university coordinator will be arranged by the International Relations Office (IRO).
- Applications must be submitted with all required attachments—incomplete applications will not be considered.
- After successful selection by TUKE’s university management, the participant will be contacted by the Erasmus+ institutional coordinator regarding the next steps.
