Staff selection criteria
Previous participation in staff mobility (max. 20b)
- 0 – > 20 p
- 1-2 -> 15 p
- 3-4 -> 10 p
- 5 and < -> 5 p
If the applicant has had an approved mobility in the past and for non-objective reasons did not carry it out -> for each (- 5 p).
Number of foreign projects/collaborations in the last 5 years (max. 20 pts)
- For each project submitted -> max. 4 pts (depending on the project category).
- For each project submitted and received -> max. 6 pts (depending on the project category).
- For each involvement in a project of another institution -> max. 2 pts (depending on the project category).
Teaching of incoming students in AJ in the last 5 years (max. 20 pts)
For teaching 1 subject – > 5 b/subject.
Sponsor of an active bilateral contractual cooperation (max. 10 pts)
Guarantor of 1 contract -> 2-5 b/contract (depending on the intensity and importance of the cooperation).
Position of the partner university in the Webometrics international ranking of universities (max. 10 pts)
Ranking:
- 1-500 -> 10 b
- 501-1000 -> 8 b
- 1001-1500 -> 6 b
- 1501-2000 -> 4 b
- 2000 a < -> 2

Application procedure
- Selection of a partner institution from the list of valid partners (for EU and EEA | for the world). For mobility for training purposes, the signing of an inter-institutional agreement is not required.
- The application for teaching purposes must be accompanied by a teaching programme (Staff Mobility Agreement) signed by the applicant, the receiving as well as the sending institution. - Applicants have the possibility to submit the completed mobility application form to the faculty coordinator by the deadline set in the current call.
